Berklee College of Music educated Chris James is a guitarist, recording engineer, composer and producer. As a producer, Chris has been working with a variety of artists, helping to transform their musical visions into fully arranged, recorded and mixed tracks. Chris has two original music projects: Jaymes, featuring a pop / jazz sound, based around harmonic vocals and chill synths, and Lacrimm, a brutal instrumental metal with aggressive staggered rhythm and tense harmony. Chris has been teaching electric and acoustic guitar (including extended range instruments), bass, ukulele and sound production/recording for over 15 years, and has experience working with students of all ages and levels in contemporary musical genres, such as rock, pop, metal, country, alternative, blues, funk and jazz.
